Abstract
Duplications of the alimentary tract are spherical or tubular congenital anomalies lined by mucous membrane and, typically, well developed smooth muscle layers. They may arise at any level from the mouth to the anus and usually lie in the dorsal mesentery intimately attached to the bowel wall. The rarer tubular variety, under one-third of the total, often communicate with the bowel lumen. The small intestine is the most common segment of bowel involved. We, experienced a case of enterogenous cyst arising from the Ileocecal portion in 79-days old male, baby and presented with review of the¢¥ literature.
